Quarter of a Century

Today Larry turned 25. I asked him how it felt to be a quarter of a century old, but I think that just made him feel old. Then, he remembered the perks of turning 25 - such as having your insurance go down and being considered an adult.
Sadly, the insurance went up, so Larry felt it his duty to call GEICO (you can save 15% or more in just 15 minutes) that are reputed to be the lowest and best carrier of automobile insurance in the States. He politely stated his point of view and the salesman in him kicked in. He won!
Here in the States we are required by law to carry automobile insurance with a certain amount of liability coverage. I am not too sure about all of that stuff.

Anyway, here is a picture of Larry getting very excited about blowing out the candles on his birthday cake - are we sure that he is 25 and not 5? Hmmm.

Above are just pictures of us in the Miata. We love that car. What a wonderful treat for a sunny day. Someone said the other day that it looks like a toy car. I think they are just jealous.
