Green Card

Yes, Ladies and Gentlemen. It has finally arrived!
At first Larry only brought me the Immigration Notice which actually is called the "Welcome Notice" and comes in a clearly marked envelope. I was not too excited about this, but I knew that the Real Deal would be in my mailbox pretty soon.
With mail in mind I decided to go through the rest of the mail. Most of it was junk or bank statements and then there was this very discreet envelope with no real post markings, return addresses or anything blatant about it other than it was addressed to me.
It felt a little heavier towards the right side of the envelope and I tore it open in a hurry. There it was! Pretty little thing with my picture and name on it and the words "PERMANENT RESIDENT CARD" written on the top.
Funny fact: The card itself is actually off-white with a lot of hologram paper coating and writing. The hologram is of the Statue of Liberty (go figure) and some weird thing that I have not deciphered yet. The only "green" part of the card is the writing on the back of the card.
